SolomonSwann International is proud to announce that we were recently recognized and cited the Standard of Excellence Award by our elite group of peers, National Personnel Associates. National Personnel Association is one of the largest cooperative recruiting associations in the world consisting of over 400 firms, with thousands of consultants in more than 14 nations on five continents.
We have exceptional resources in fulfilling staffing needs. Not only do we have our own sourcing capabilities, but as a member of NPA, we have the ability to go outside the normal limits of sourcing and qualifying the best talent.
Becoming a member of NPA is not simple. Membership is limited to quality companies that meet a strict list of qualifications and industry standards and undergo a thorough check by the association executive prior to being granted membership. Each search firm remains under continuous scrutiny with ongoing checks and balances to ensure high ethics and compliance to standards.
Within NPA, strong relationships exist between members as they regularly work together on assignments helping each other with candidates, working on interstate and international positions on behalf of fellow members. Regular conferences, meetings and social gatherings are held to aid communication and keep members up-to-date on the latest employment solutions.
SolomonSwann has been a frequent award winner within NPA. We have not only been awarded the Standard of Excellence, but have been recognized as a top performer every year since being accepted into the association in 1998. In addition, Thom Besso our President served as Chair for the Finance Network 1999 through 2001.
